How to Use Import on Poké Team Builder

  1. Go to the Team Builder.
  2. Click “Import Team” at the bottom of your team or in the main builder area.
  3. Paste your team text (Showdown or PokéPaste format works best).
  4. Done! Your team will appear in the builder, ready to edit, optimize, and export.
